A lot of companies say they are doing AI because they bought ChatGPT licenses, tried Claude, added a few automations, played with n8n, or put a bot in Slack. That is experimentation. It is not transformation.

The real value starts when work changes. How teams think. How decisions are prepared. How repetitive tasks disappear. How a smaller team becomes more capable without adding more process around everything.

If you add AI on top of existing chaos, you usually get faster chaos. More drafts, more messages, more half-built automations, more tools nobody really owns.

AI integration is not about proving that a tool works. It is about deciding where the company needs leverage, redesigning the workflow, and making the tool part of how the team actually operates.
