AI Should Empower Teams
The real opportunity is not replacing people. It is making strong people dramatically more effective.

The lazy conversation is that AI will replace people. That pushes companies toward firing, freezing hiring, or replacing expensive employees with tools the company barely understands.
I think the better opportunity is the opposite. Strong people with AI become much more effective. They can think faster, explore more options, remove repetitive work, and spend more time on judgment.
That does not happen by handing out tools and hoping for the best. Companies need to teach teams how to use AI properly, redesign workflows, and decide where human judgment matters most.
If the company grows because of that, you hire more people, not fewer. You hire into a better operating system, where the team has more leverage and less pointless work around them.
